Well I wasn't sure that I would have time to make jam this summer but I had time on Thursday morning to make a batch of strawberry jam. Last summer I made some and it disapeared within a few weeks. I'm hoping the jam will longer a little longer this year.

It looks yummy! I just got done making some apricot jam, and am hoping it will last longer as well:)
